Intro
Ecommerce Systems & Growth Partner

I build the systems ecommerce brands run on, and the marketing that grows them.

Nearly 5 years inside online businesses. Today I run operations for a 15-store ecommerce group, on a platform I built myself.

01Your problem

Sound familiar?

If you run a growing ecommerce brand

Revenue is growing. So is the chaos.

Five tools that don't talk to each other. A team doing by hand what software should do. Orders, listings, content and customers spread across spreadsheets and inboxes. And you, still the person everything runs through.

That isn't a sign you're failing. It's a sign you've outgrown the way you run. I take the operations, the marketing and the systems off your plate, so you can lead the business instead of holding it together.

Sounds like you?Here's the fix

04Why me

Why brands choose me

Proof, not promises

I've worked every seat

Call centre, customer care, marketing, operations, builds. I know how each part of an ecommerce business actually runs.

My builds get used

HQ runs a 15-store group every day and does about 40 hours of manual work a week: a full-time person's job. Everything I build ships documented, so your team can run it.

Recognised for results

05Meet me

Meet Hazzel

From the phones to the platform
Hazzel working on a tablet

I've worked every seat in an ecommerce business. That's why the systems I build fit how one actually runs.

I started on the phones in 2022, qualifying leads at a call centre, and was named Top Invaluable Agent. From 2023 I freelanced, supporting 12 ecommerce stores end to end. In 2024 and 2025 I worked with agencies: at Ripple VA's I ran email campaigns and automations, and won the Best Output Award in email marketing. At Pineapple VA Hub and TaskFlo I grew social accounts and produced the content behind them.

Since 2024 I've run day-to-day operations for Zingo World, a 15-store ecommerce group: the stores, the campaigns, the websites and apps, and the automation that ties them together. That's where I built HQ, the platform the business now runs on.

I still work all three sides: operations, marketing and the systems underneath. Few people do all three, and that's why my builds get used, not just delivered.

06The process

How I work

Every project starts with a diagnosis
Step 1

Diagnose

I find where your revenue leaks and your hours disappear.

Step 2

Plan

We design what your business needs to look like at twice its size.

Step 3

Build

Stores, platforms, automations and marketing. Tested and documented.

Step 4

Hand over

Your team runs it, or I stay on as your partner.

Hazzel presenting
07Your options

Ways to work together

You start at the first one

I don't quote a build before I've seen the business. The most expensive mistake in growth is building the wrong thing well.

So every engagement starts with a fixed-price diagnosis. You keep the plan either way.

Three ways to work together
Hazzel at her laptop
Start here

Systems Diagnostic

Fixed scope · fixed price · about 2 weeks

I map your tools, workflows, storefront and marketing. You get a written plan: what to fix, in what order, and what each fix is worth. The plan is yours to keep.

Then

Build

Scoped from the diagnostic

Stores, platforms, automations and marketing systems. Built, tested and documented, and your team trained on every part.

Ongoing

Partner

Monthly · limited spots

I stay on to run, measure and grow what we built. One partner who knows your business from the inside.

Projects typically start at your starting price.

This is for you if

  • You run an established brand with real revenue
  • Your operations have outgrown your tools
  • You're ready to invest in infrastructure

This isn't for you if

  • You're looking for the cheapest hourly help
  • You want one-off tasks without a system behind them
Hazzel on a call

Has your business outgrown the way it runs?

I take on a small number of brands each quarter, so each one gets my full attention from diagnosis to handover. Tell me where your business is today. I reply to every enquiry personally within 2 business days.

P.S. Not sure you're ready for a full build? Start with the diagnostic. You keep the plan either way, and you'll know exactly what your business needs next.

My roleFounder: idea, design and build
What I builtCustomer app, Hopper app and the website
Who it's forFamilies and workers in Dipolog City and towns like it
ResultsErrands done / Hoppers signed up

The wall

In towns like Dipolog, the big delivery and errand apps don't come. Paying a bill, queuing at a government office or a bank, or picking up medicine still means a day off work or a long trip, and many people simply can't make it.

What I built

  • A customer app: say what you need (buy for me, pay my bills, queue for me, deliver, household help, transport, travel, remote), pick a time, pin the place on a map
  • A Hopper side: sign up, an ID check, safety rules, a feed of jobs nearby, and the job details
  • Chat in every errand, a hand-off code so the right person receives it, and reviews after
  • The website, so people find it and can sign in from anywhere

The idea

Somebody nearby can always help. HazzaHub connects the person who needs an errand done with a verified neighbour who can do it, and keeps both safe while it happens.

Key insight

The gap isn't the errand, it's trust. Verified Hoppers, a hand-off code and reviews are what let a stranger run your errand.

See every screen

The full customer and Hopper flow, 15 screens.

Results~40 hrs a week automated · 15 stores on one login

The wall

Fifteen stores across Shopify, Amazon and eBay, products sourced from suppliers, and content going out on six social channels. Each part lived in its own tool and its own login. Scheduling sat in one place, tasks in another, the team in group chats, and the owner held it all together.

What I built

  • A scheduler that runs 43 jobs on its own: stock checks, listing syncs, order fulfilment, social publishing and reports
  • A tracker for the team: tasks, timesheets, schedules and who is working on what
  • Every store and marketplace managed from one screen
  • One publishing pipeline to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads
  • Customer chat, leads and a sales pipeline
  • Analytics, search performance and trend research in one dashboard
  • A desktop app for the team

The after

The business now runs from one login. Work that would take one full-time person about 40 hours a week happens on its own, on schedule, and the owner sees everything in one place.

Key insight

One system beats fifteen logins. When every store, channel and teammate shares one place, work that used to need a person runs on a schedule.

The wall

Adrenaline sold training gear, recovery kit and fan apparel on a Shopify theme. Every new feature meant another app and another monthly fee.

What I built

  • Training, sizing and care guides
  • Customer accounts, order history and returns
  • SEO set up from the ground up: sitemaps, page titles and clean URLs

The after

A storefront and backend the brand owns, live at adrenaline-shops.com, with photo search, guides and its own checkout.

  • Customer accounts and order history
  • SEO set up from the ground up

NookiPets became the template: its storefront and backend are the base every other store in the group was built from. One backend and one database per store, never shared.

  • Focused landing pages for launches, offers and lead capture
  • Copy written for one action, with keyword-focused content
  • Built in WordPress, Wix, Systeme.io, MailerLite and GoHighLevel
  • Connected to email flows so every lead is followed up

The after

Best result: conversion rate, leads or sales from one page.

Automations

Workflows that give a team its hours back.

GoHighLevel workflowLead nurture · CRM

A form fill tags the lead, sends the booking link, waits a day, then splits: booked leads alert the team and open a deal, the rest get an SMS nudge.

Klaviyo flowAbandoned cart · ecommerce

A started checkout waits four hours, sends a reminder, then checks for an order: buyers exit, everyone else gets a 10% offer and an SMS before the cart expires.

Make scenarioLead routing · 6 apps

A new lead hits a webhook, AI scores and summarises it, and a router sends it everywhere it needs to go: every lead to Sheets and a welcome email, hot leads to the CRM and a Slack ping for sales.

  • Email flows in Klaviyo: welcome, abandoned cart, win-back and BFCM
  • SOPs so the team knows what runs and why

The after
